THE COUNTY SCHOOL INSPECTORATE OF IASI
The County School Inspectorate of Iaşi is a public authority that provides professional guidance, coordination and evaluation services for schools and training centres in order to ensure high-quality education, continual improvement, the effectiveness of the national / local education system and its compatibility with other European education systems.
The institution aims to ensure quality educational services in the county and equal chances in education, it seeks to promote school autonomy, provide professional training for teachers, and increase the role of the educational and extra-curricular activities.
The County School Inspectorate of Iaşi is the main employer in the area and it supervises the quality of the teaching activity and school management. The institution implements the Ministry of Education’s policies, while also coordinating the national exams for both students and teachers, and mediating between local communities and schools.
